Building up a digital single market represents one of the priorities of the current European Commission. The Czech government decided earlier this May to coordinate this agenda from a single point an appointed State Secretary for the European Affairs Mr Tomáš Prouza the head coordinator of digital agenda. The coordinator’s priorities, as defined in the Action Plan for the Development of Digital Market, include e-skills, e-commerce, e-government, e-security and new challenges.

The Google Vice-President then presented to Prime Minister Sobotka the company’s new activities including the Digital Garage project, which Google developed in order to support obtaining and developing digital skills.
