November 22: Premier To Present a Prestigious Award
The Government’s National Award, the highest prize in the Česká hlava (Czech Brain) awards for Czech scientists and technicians, will be presented by Prime Minister Mirek Topolánek.
The holders of all eight Česká hlava prizes, awarded by a specialist jury within the framework of this year’s 6th competition, will be officially announced at a gala evening, held in Prague’s Ambassador Hotel on Thursday, November 22, 2007, beginning at 8 p.m.
The Premier will present the Government’s National Award Česká hlava together with last year’s laureate of this prestigious prize - Professor Jaroslav Kurzweil.
