Angel Gurría presented the OECD Economic Survey for the Czech Republic for 2014 in Prague

On Tuesday, 18 March 2014, Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka met with the General Secretary of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Angel Gurría, who came to the Czech Republic to present the OECD Economic Survey for the Czech Republic for 2014.

The meeting focused in particular on development of the global economy, plans of the Czech government in the field of economic policy and the main recommendations resulting for the Czech Republic from the current Economic Survey. The meeting was also participated in by the Deputy Prime Minister responsible for Economics and Minister of Finance Andrej Babiš, Deputy Prime Minister for Science, Research and Innovation Pavel Bělobrádek, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic Jan Mládek and the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Michaela Marksová.

Angel Gurría also met with the President of the Czech Republic Miloš Zeman in Prague and with the Governor of the Czech National Bank Miroslav Singer.
