Act of Reverence at Vítkov
Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolánek will tomorrow, 28 October 2006, attend an act of reverence on the occasion of the 88th anniversary of existence of independent Czechoslovak Republic.
After the national anthem President Václav Klaus will see the parade of an army unit. Then, to the sound of Hussite hymns, historic banners and flags will be brought forward, and the Prime Minister and supreme constitutional officials will lay a wreath on the grave of the Unknown Soldier.
The act of reverence will take place in the premises of the Vítkov National Memorial at 09.00 a.m.
