April 16, 2008: Czech Government Meeting, Press Conference at 1:00 p.m.

Meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., the members of the Czech Government will be discussing, among other issues, the following items:

 draft amendment to the Act on the establishment of government ministries and other central state administration bodies of the Czech Republic
 draft amendment to the Firearms and Ammunition Act
 draft amendment submitted by deputies to the Act on the terms of transferring state property to other persons
 draft amendment submitted by deputies to the Act on the Rules of the House of Deputies
 draft amendment to the Government Resolution on the terms for the provision of subsidies for the afforestation of agricultural land
 proposal for financial coverage of security measures to be taken as part of the Czech Republic’s presidency of the Council of the European Union
 evaluation of the National Programme for the alleviation of the impact of climate change in the Czech Republic
 issues concerning clarification of thefts of motor vehicles.
