August 27, 2008: Czech Government Meeting;Press Conference at 1:00 p.m.

Meeting on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., the members of the Government of the Czech Republic will be discussing, among other issues, the following topics: 

Government programme targets - a comprehensive report on the implementation of the Government’s programme; 
Bill on the census of people, houses and flats in 2011; 
proposed variants adjusting the election system for the election into the House of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic; 
conclusion of the Supreme Control Office from its control called “Management of the funds from the state budget earmarked for selected investment projects of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic“; 
raising guarantees for the elimination of old environmental damage relating to the environmental-protection contract between the Ministry of Finance and the companies PARAMO a.s., Polygon BC s.r.o. and Rašelina a.s.
