December 13, 2007: Plenary Session of the Czech Council for Economic and Social Accord

Their 69th plenary session will discuss the following items:

- Czech Republic’s state of readiness to draw funds from the Operating Programmes;

- Updating of the Convergence Programme;

- Updating of the National Reform Programme;

- Analysis of investment incentives;

- Report on the drafting of amendment to the Employment Act;

- Adverse impact of the Labour Code on medical facilities and proposed solution (incorporating authorization to introduce different working hours in the health-care sector into § 100 of the Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code);

- Draft amendment to the Retirement Insurance Act and Act on the organization and performance of the country´s social security system.
