June 21, 2008: Open Day in Prague’s Strakova Academy

The Strakova Academy, the official seat of the Government of the Czech Republic, will be opened to the public on Saturday, June 21, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors will have an opportunity to view an interesting exhibition of lithographs by the leading Czech graphic artist Vladimír Suchánek and visit the conference room of the Czech Government and its press conference room. As part of the tour, visitors will be also acquainted with the history of the Strakova Academy and its current use. The adjoining garden will also be opened to the public.
