March 26, 2008: Czech Government Meeting, Press Conference at 1:30 p.m.

Meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., the members of the Czech Government will be discussing, among other issues, the following items:

 Bill on fertilizers, auxiliary soil substances, auxiliary plant agents and substrates, and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils;
 draft Government Regulation on the stipulation of some of the terms for the provision of national supplementary payments for direct support;
 draft Government Regulation changing the Government Regulation on the terms for the implementation of agrochemical measures;
 draft Government Regulation laying down a list of reported substances and threshold values and data required for reporting to the integrated air pollution register;
 draft Government Regulation changing the Government Regulation stipulating technical requirements for elevators;
 draft Reform of the system of research, development and innovation in the Czech Republic;
 analysis of the current status of institutionally provided care for endangered children;
 Czech Republic’s position on some final recommendations of the UN Committee for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, the controlling authority of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination;
 draft budget of the Czech Television’s account for use of the proceeds from advertising in 2008.
