May 28, 2008: Czech Government Meeting; Press Conference at 12:00

Meeting on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., the members of the Government of the Czech Republic will discuss, among other issues, the following topics:

 draft amendment to the War Veterans Act;
 draft Government Regulation on the implementation of the special measures to combat terrorism;
 report on the course of preparations for recodification of private substantive law;
 conclusion of the Supreme Control Office on the control operation No. 07/14 Immovable property the Defence Ministry is competent to manage;
 draft Memorandum of Understanding with the company Škoda Auto, a.s. and a motion to provide for investment preparation for the improvement of the public transport and technical infrastructure in the town of Mladá Boleslav and the Vrchlabí region.
