Meeting of the Czech Government

The Government will discuss, inter alia, the Proposed course of action of the Czech Republic in proceedings concerning a breach of the Treaty Establishing the European Community by virtue of incomplete transposition of Directive 2003/41/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 June 2003 on the activities and supervision of institutions for occupational retirement provisions; Draft bill amending Act No 72/2000 Sb. on investment incentives and on amendments to certain laws (the Investment Incentives Act), as amended; Draft regulation of the Government providing the permissible level of state aid in cohesion regions in the Czech Republic; the Senate draft bill amending Act No 245/2000 Sb. on national holidays, other holidays, significant dates and days of rest, as amended; National programmes in support of small and medium-sized enterprise for 2007; and Position of the Ministry of Culture regarding the audit report of the Supreme Audit Office related to audit No 06/11 – “State Property and State Budget Funds under the Ministry of Culture Chapter”. The Government will also be informed about the status and progress of transformation of the state-owned company Letiště Praha, s.p. into a joint-stock company owned by the state.
