Meeting of the Czech Government

The Government will discuss, among other topics, the following documents: Bill changing Act No. 141/1961 Coll., on criminal court proceedings (Rules of Criminal Procedure), as amended by later regulations, Concept of the state policy for the sphere of children and youth for the period 2007 – 2013, Comprehensive report on the implementation of the “Government’s priorities and procedures in enforcing gender equality“ in 2006, Government’s draft regulation changing Government Regulation No. 61/2003 Coll., on indicators and values for admissible levels of surface and waste water pollution, on formalities concerning permission to release sewage into surface waters and into the sewer system, and on sensitive areas, and Report on the development of small- and medium-size business and its support in 2006.

The Government will also be briefed, among other subjects, on the activities of the Czech Republic’s Tax and Customs Administration for 2006, and Comprehensive information for 2006 on the activities evolved by the relevant departments or their executive sections in combating illegal employment of aliens, submitted by the Interdepartmental authority for combating illegal employment of aliens in the Czech Republic.
