Advance time schedule for the 22nd June 2012 (subject to change)

8:00 – arrival of the journalists
8:45 – photo opportunity – separate arrivals of the Prime Ministers of the Visegrad Group countries
followed by a photo opportunity – the meeting of the Prime Ministers of the Visegrad Group
12:05 – family photo
11:30 –  arrival of journalists for press conference
12:20 – press conference

Place: The Municipal house, nám. Republiky 5, Prague 1

With regard to the scope of the event we ask the journalists who are interested in joining the photo opportunities and press conferences to accredit themselves until Wednesday 20 June 2012 16:00.
