September 17, 2008: Czech Government Meeting;Press Conference at 1:00 p.m.

 Meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., the members of the Government of the Czech Republic will be discussing, among other issues, the following items:

- draft amendment to the Act on the protection of nature and the landscape; 
- draft amendment to the Act on the salary and some other particulars concerning prosecuting attorneys; 
- conclusion of the Supreme Control Office operation No. 07/22 “Construction of the Justice Complex in Brno“; 
- raising guarantees for the elimination of old environmental damage pertaining to the environmental treaty, concluded by the Ministry of Finance and the company Třinecké železárny (Třinec Iron Works), a.s.; 
- information on the questions relating to the remuneration and entitlements of members of electoral precinct committees.
