Prime Minister Nečas: Statements from Bulgarian officials about ČEZ are improper, I will be dealing with the situation

I regard the statements made by Bulgarian officials about ČEZ and other foreign companies as most improper, and I view the whole issue as one which has been politicised because of the upcoming parliamentary elections. I fully expect Bulgaria, as a member of the European Union, to respect its international liabilities, European legislation and its own laws, including those protecting foreign investment. I will be speaking to the Managing Director of ČEZ about the situation which has arisen, and I will want to hear from Bulgarian representatives about the reasons which led them to take such an unprecedented step.
