Health Minister Leoš Heger announced on Friday another emergency measure that bans the sale, serving, and any offering in any form of liquors with alcohol content over 20%, including domestic rum and food-grade spirit.

The most recent emergency measure applies to all food businesses, including restaurants. The previous measure, announced on 12 September 2012, only targeted kiosks.

The ban will remain in effect until the emergency measure is revoked.
