Expert Seminar "Constitution of the Czech Republic - Genesis, Development, Prospects"

On 2 February the expert seminar Constitution of the Czech Republic – genesis, development and prospects will be held under the auspices of the prime Minister of the Czech Republic Jan Fischer and Aleš Gerloch, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in the Hrzán Palace (Loretánská Str. 9, Prague 1).

Lecturers will be debating in the framework of the blocks on the ideological sources of the Czech constitution and its democratic transformation ( JUDr. PhDr. Petr Mlsna, Ph.D., Doc. JUDr. Vojtěch Šimíček, Ph.D., Prof. JUDr. Václav Pavlíček, CSc. dr.h.c., on the Constitution of the Czech Republic – de constitutione lata, de constitutione ferenda (Doc. JUDr. Zdeněk Kühn, Ph.D., LL.M., JUDr. Jan Winter, Ph.D. JUDr. Radovan Suchánek, Ph.D.) and on future prospects of the constitution, system changes and amendments (prof. JUDr. Pavel Holländer, DrSc., prof. JUDr. Aleš Gerloch, CSc., doc. JUDr. Jan Kysela, Ph.D.).

The seminar is a part of the project The Paths of the Czech Constitutionality by means of which the Office of the government commemorates 90th anniversary of the first Czech constitution.
