What can help you to study abroad?

A seminar organised by the Eurocentre Prague took place on 25 October 2012 in the Information centre of the Czech Government. Opening presentation was given by Jana Pávková from the National agency for European study programmes. She presented all the programmes, their target groups and main goals. The core of the presentation focused on the most popular study programme – Erasmus – which is celebrating the 25 anniversary this year. Also other parts of the Life-long Learning Programme were outlined - Comenius, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig , Jean Monnet. Not only university courses, but job oriented internships are offered within the framework of European study programmes as well. Apart from the programmes mentioned above, other possibilities how to finance study abroad exist: Norwegian funds or CEEPUS programme are among them.
