Meeting of the Security Council of the State

Meeting of the Security Council of the State (SCS) will be held tomorrow, on Thursday 18 January 2007 from 10:00 h AM, attended by Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Mirek Topolánek.

The meeting will take place in the building of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, nábřeží Edvarda Beneše 4, Prague 1. The key point of the agenda of the SCS Meeting is “Ensuring the Energy Security of the Czech Republic and the State and Risks of Realisation of Threats”.

SCS members will familiarise with the plan of exercise for the crisis management bodies for 2007 - 2009 and with evaluation of the intersectoral staff exercise for crisis management bodies OCHRANA 2006. They will also be informed about the current state of fulfilment of the tasks specified in the Schedule of how to proceed further in preparing the Defence Plan of the Czech Republic.
