Meeting with Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany

Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolánek will on Friday, 26 January 2007, meet with Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany.

The bilateral talk between the two politicians will, among other topics, deal with the issues of revising Germany’s transition period for restricting the free movement of labour force by 2009, issues of the strategy of the European energy policy and the economic, social and environmental future of Europe.

The meeting will take place at the Hrzánský Palace, Loretánská 117/9, Praha 1, from 05.45 p.m.
