Prime Minister Continues His Tour of Karlovy Vary Region

Tomorrow, on Friday, September 7, 2007, Prime Minister Mirek Topolánek of the Czech Republic continues his visit to the Karlovy Vary Region.

Accompanied by Deputy Premier and Environment Minister Martin Bursík, the Czech Prime Minister will visit the localities undergoing land reclamation after brown coal mining, and will also visit the newly built Zoopark at Dolní Rychnov.
Programme:
9.50–10.20 a.m. information on the prepared reclamation and revitalization of the Habartov locality to be given at the edge of the former quarry, Habartov
10.45–11.30 a.m. information on the course of extraction at Jiří quarry and on the preparation of substitute biotopes, visit to the edge of Jiří quarry, Lomnice
11.50 a.m.– 12.30 p.m. visit to Zoopark, Dolní Rychnov
Starting at 2.00 p.m., Deputy Premier and Environment Minister Martin Bursík will have his own programme – a visit to the locality of substitute biotopes, the Podkrušnohorská dump (between the villages of Lomnice, Vintířov and Vřesová).
