September 30, 2008: Premier To Open a Conference on the Prevention of Violence Against Children

At 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2008, Czech Premier Mirek Topolánek will inaugurate a national conference “Prevention of Violence Against Children“.

He will then speak on the subject: Protection of children against all forms of violence - responsibility of the state. This prestigious gathering of specialists is co-organized by the Third Medical Faculty of Prague’s Charles University and the office of the World Health Organization in the Czech Republic. The Premier has taken over official auspices of the event.
