Premier Jan Fischer To Meet President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek

Czech Prime Minister Jan Fischer will meet the visiting President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2009.

Their talks will be focused on the current developments in the ratification process in the Czech Republic and the issue of the new Czech Commissioner since - in keeping with the institutional rules - it is the European Parliament which has to approve the entire composition of the new European Commission.
