Oct 10, 2008: Members of the Tripartite Talks Discussed Amendment to Social Service Act

The members of the Czech Republic’s Council for Economic and Social Accord will meet at their 74th plenary session at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 10, 2008.

The agenda of the meeting includes, e.g. the following items: 

- draft amendment to the country’s Social Services Act;

- information on the issue of permits for employment mediation to job agencies;

- information on the course and results of the 97th session of the International Labour

Conference;

- Bill changing the law on geological work, law on the protection and exploitation of mineral wealth, law on the Czech Environmental Inspection and its activities in the protection of forests, and law on administrative delicts;

- National Programme of Reforms of the Czech Republic 2008-2010;

- proposed change in the management of the working bodies of the Czech Republic’s Council for Economic and Social Accord.
